Welcome to the Starfleet Advanced Training Program Fleet. Our goal is to build a fun, social fleet for Star Trek Online where players can find a good home. We seek to spread in-game knowledge that the game is often lacking in teaching to players and to expand every player’s ability to gather resources like Dilithium and EC so that they can get the items they want or need.
If you’re a new member, you’ll begin as a Mentee. You’ll have basic access to the starbase and general fleet utilities, but things like the Fleet Bank and Requisitions will be unavailable or restricted.
Our rank structure is different than most fleets, and we view them more as Roles rather than Ranks. Rank in ATP has little to do with importance or command ability, but rather has to do with where a member is within their lifecycle or what job they elect to perform within the fleet.

We organize our fleet into three departments, Science & Medical, Tactical & Security, and Operations & Engineering. Each has a role to play in supporting and running the fleet. You can see more details by selecting an option on the left.
